Hello all,
Is there a way to purge old entries in GRACROLEUSAGE table? We seems to have some old entries from 2014 and it is causing the UAR request to report incorrect role usage data. Please see the attached screenshot. There are two entries for each user. One from 2014 and another from 2015. I ran the sync jobs listed below in FULL SYNC (if the option is available) number of times now, but the old data is not getting cleared, and the UAR requests are showing 2014 data as the last execution date.
GRAC_PFCG_AUTHORIZATION_SYNC
GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC
GRAC_ROLEREP_ROLE_SYNC
GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC
GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC
GRAC_ROLE_USAGE_SYNC
Just to test I created a connector from our DEV system and ran all these jobs against our Production ECC system. Tables in DEV system only have one entry for each user and the UAR requests are showing the correct data.
Dear Sonny,
whats your current release / support package level? There are some notes in this regard.
E.g.

Wrong usage count comes because duplicated data was wrongly removed.
Regards,
Alessandro
