Add Infotype 0019 into PA70/71

Hi,

I have tried using PM01 following the link Preparing an Infotype for Fast Entry of Master Data

But it created ZP001900 Screen-5000 not MP001900 Screen-5000. So I cannot assign screen 5000 for the infotype 0019 in T558Q as it check if MP001900 has screen 5000.

I searched lots and lots of Forums. The answers are not at all specific to my problem.

My Question : Should I use SE51 to copy MPMMMM00-5000 to MP001900-5000? In this case I need access key. Is this the only way?

I assume that PM01 is to add screen 5000 only for the Customer Infotypes and not standard. Is that correct?

Please also share a link with a procedure for creating a new screen (5000) for standard infotype.

Hi,

If only one fast entry screen will be used for your infotype, just leave screen control in T588Q as blank.

And just make sure the screen control value is the same when you Assign screen control to infotype menu 07 (fast data entry) and Define infotype text for new assigned screen.

Screen control just used for the case if there are many different fast entry screens you want implement into PA70.

Thank you for your reply. I have already done it like you mentioned. But it doesn't work because the infotype 0019 doesn't have the required fast entry screen(screen 5000) by default.

I don't find an option to copy the screens 4000 or 5000. It only creates a new screen with a module pool program name ZP001900 which is not usefel anyway.

Any idea on this? Thanks in advance!

Hi Jackuline,

Yes you need to create screen 5000 for fast entry. Ofcourse key will be required.

PM01 is used for both SAP delivered infotype and customer infotype.

Hi Aj,

Could you also let me know how to copy Screen MPmmmm00 - 5000 to MP001900 - 5000 using PM01 (as per the instruction in the link). I dont see any copy button under PM01 - Enhance Infoytpe tab.
