Query designer condition for 0 and null?

What's the proper way to use a condition for a KPI that could be both 0 and null?  I currently have one setup where if it equals 0 but it's also including blank records.

What do you want to do? 0 and NULL are the same in keyfigure..It depends on the options you chose in query designer..

It's currently set to "Zero with Currency Unit"

Never mind.  I found out why my values were showing up as blanks instead of 0's.  It due to a restriction I had in my selection.

Generally key figures have value like 123, 445, or 0.00 how come without value and 0.00, could you please given sample data.
