Task Completed by Field not Populated

Hello All,

Some of the Quality notifications are having Task status as TSCO

But completed by and time fields are not populated, please see attached screen shot

Has anybody faced this issue? Any specific reason for this?

See the similarity of these 2 tasks. Both do not have Longtexts. Rest all have. With this clue you can investigate.

Checked Long Text , that does not seem to be an issue, it picks up completed by

even if long text is not entered, any other option ?

Hi Diwakar,

Though unlikely, but please can you also check if task 5 and 10 were deleted on 27-Mar, as they were not processed? I mean, task status got changed form TSOS to TSCO (at the time of task assignment before save) and then got deletion activated? Just guessing!!!

You can paralelly check in Notification processing action logs if you get some clues form there. Also check in table QMEL+QMFE+QMSM and check the status form JCDS, TJ02T, JEST, TJ30, TJ02.. to find out if any deletion flags are set here.

This is an assumption. I too can not relate Longtext to the Completion details. But, when we do not find any reason for the issue, every such thing should be fully investigated until confirmed. You should simulate identical situation and see the behavior. Such things can happen when we implement user-exits/enhancements.
