Visual admin _ unable to login

Hello,

We are unable to login into visual admin.

The NW system is migrated recently and is under support team only from the last 5-6 days.

The system is running on oracle database , linux OS.

The java instance is up and running fine.

Hi,

Have you changed the password of administrator and updated the same in secure storage in configtool ?

Also, are the connection details correct since the system was migrated ? Is ciSID03 the correct host name ? Do you have same hostname for source and target system ?

You can also try with a copy of administrator user for logging purpose and then share the logs of the same.

Hello Gaurav and Mohandas,

The credentials are correct and screen did not pop-up with any authentication failure message.

It just got stuck there at 99%.

Can you upload latest defaulttrace.X.trc log? Also please generate stack trace dump and upload it here.

Hope you searched before asking the same & have your screen popped up with the message Authentication failure ?

Error while trying to login to ciSID03: Access Denied.

This simply means issue is related with the provided credentials to access.Try to use correct information .

"Authentication did not succeed."

The user/id password you have used to login is not correct . Check the entry and try logging in once again  .
