PB 11.5.1 and Windows Tablet (8.1) PrintSetPrinter() problem

We start installing part of our PB app to Windows tablets running 8.1 but we face an issue with the PrintSetPrinter() command having no effect.

We need to print in thermal printers depending on the items category. In regular Windows 8.1 running in PC 23/64 we have no problems.

In Tablet 8.1 it never changes the default printer.

Any clues where to look?

Hi Planos;

   FWIW: This might not be your problem ... but, PB 11.x is not certified for W8.x - however PB 12.6 is. Since PB 11.x is no longer supported, I would suggest downloading a trial version of PB 12.6 and writing a small application that uses the PrintSetPrinter() command.

   If PB 12.6 works, then you might want to consider upgrading. If not, you might have to look at some low level Windows API calls to see if that works for you.
