SAP EPR , SNC integration with PI , Authorization error while sending by HTTP (error code: 401 , error text: Unauthorized)

Dear All,

For this interface i have user IDoc Adapter for ECC and XI adapter for SNC  in the communication channel . I have checked with my payload in the Integration builder ,there everything is working fine, nil error . But when the system try to connect the SNC system we are getting the bellow error in the MONI, I have checked for the RFC connection test ,Its perfect. I dont know from where its getting this error and the reason . Kindly help me .

Hi Vingesh,

As from PI 7.1 onwards, we can use SOAP adapter with http as TP & XI 3.0 as MP instead of XI adapter for the connectivity.

Can you try to use this.

Also, the error is saying about the authorization issue. So, can you please check the connection test for the RFC destination maintained in the channel for the connectivity.

Looks like User maintained in the destination does have access issue.

Thank you so much P VISHNU VARDAN REDDY, The issue has been resolved .. I changed  to SOAP adapter , now the interface is successfully posting . Thanks once again , Vignesh T

Hi,

It seems the user that you are using does not have enough permission to action that task you have given it.

This might be in your PI system or from the target system. Check all your users. If it comes into PI it means the problem is not on Source, but on PI or target. There should only be 2 users to check.
