Send Spool file as text file from batch program to users

Hi All,

We run backorder rescheudling program (Tcode: v_v2) in background. The program generates a huge spool file and we have a requirement to export this spool file as text and then send it to users via email. Please let me know how we can achieve this. Manually I can go to SM37, go to spool and from the menu I can use forward->export as text. The file is then saved in the SAP working directory in my PC. I can then send the file manually to anybody. I want all this to happen as part of batch program when running the backorder rescheudling in the background as a batch job.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Use the spool list recepient button in SM36. Also, setup a distribution list in SBWP.

Thanks for the info. But I want to export the spool to text before sending it to the user. The spool is very big and is best readable and the size is also small if exported to text before sending. This is what is the dilemma otherwise spool recepient is the option. Thanks
