GRC10 AC ARM:Getting dump in access request NWBC

Hello Experts,

We are facing the dump error in accessing search requests  in NWBC.

We are trying search for requests in NWBC,Access Management-Access Request administration

Getting error:The termination type was:RABAX_STATE

and we checked ST22 for error and found

"TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY"

it was working when we used previously.

We understand that this error because of memory issue but don't know how to overcome this issue

can anyone provide solution and details on memory issue.

Dear Ravi,

To overcome the memory issue,we need to use parameter abap/shared_objects_size_MB

increase the value in parameter abap/shared_objects_size_MB and restart the SAP Instance to reflect the changes in memory
