Hi,

We have CI & DI (call it as A) on single system and two dialog instances (2 apps servers - call it as B and C). We are not able to view the work processes of B & C in A thru SM51. At the same time, not able to view the work processes of C in B, but we are able to see the work processes of A. similar for C also.

We have verified all host entries in host files of all the 3 servers. there is no mismatch, no missing entry.

Any one pls suggest where could be the problem?

Thanks,

Regards....Iyy

Hi

For viewing the Global Process Overview you need to go to the transaction SM66.

This transaction will allow you to have a System Wide Work Process Overview.

This should solve your problem.

Dear Sumit,

Thanks for your mail. We are aware of this SM66, but we wanted to see all instance's work processes thru SM51.

Anyway, this problem was solved by us, by removing the all existing port entries in the services file and entered the entries properly. after that, we are able to see the work processes of other instances thru SM51.

Thanks....

Dear Iyy,

Are you using Domain Account to install your system? Or using domain account to run your SAP system?
