Unable to login into B1 9.1 due to APP CRASH

Good Day Mentors,

I am currently having a case whereby I am no longer able to login into one of our B1 9.1 databases via the client.

After keying in of the user and password I would get an APP CRASH error.

Here is the event log:

<Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">

</Event>

Seems to me that this started happening after I uploaded a Crystal Report File into this database.

I tried running the UI B1 client on both 64 and 32 bits systems and still the same result.

Anyone encountered this?

Thanks in advance!

Sean

Hi!

I have the same issue. May I ask you what was the solution for this?

Many thanks,

Laszlo

UPDATE (Probably this saves some time for others.) I have started my program as administrator and no more App crash.

Now I have another problem with the connection string, but I believe that is another issue.

Try this :

Go to C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API

Check if your CONF  file is pointing to Local host

If so,change IP address or server name

You might also want to remove SAP folder from  user profile

C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\SAP

thank you

Have you checked the SQL logs to see what is happening from that side?

Hello Julie,

Yes, checked all logs from the server, but not found it nothing. Funny its just this machine. Sixteen machines work perfectly.
