Hi All,
We are configuring Problem management in solman sp12.Post the configuration when we created a problem ticket as status new,i can see that the actions button is missing.Please let me know if we can control the status of the problem by using actions button?
As i understand in 7.0 ehp1 we control the status only by using the status button.let me know was there any change in sp11,sp12.

Hi Kittu,
Yes we control Status by clicking on status dropdown in Incident and problem management
unlike ChaRM where you need to click on Action button.

Since we can't control statuses in incident & problem managemnt by using Actions,I have a challenge in fulfilling my requirement by using the status profile.Please suggest if you have any idea how to acheive this?
I have 5 statuses as (10 20 30 40 50).I'm trying to control them using the status profile maximun and minimum values.
The requirenment is when m in status 30 i can go back to 10 & 20 so my minimum value would be 10.
and i also need to go back to 50,so the maximum can be maintained as 50.challenge here is to skip 40.How can i skip the status value 40 when i chose the maximum as 50?
