How to report on instances

Hi,

I would like to create scheduled reports that show instances that have failed so that I can use this to monitor our scheduled reports

Can you please advise where I can access the information related to the instances within the Crystal Server

We are running Crystal Server 2013

Hello,

You may find some basics on the following page: http://scn.sap.com/community/bi-platform/blog/2012/10/11/businessobjects-query-builder-queries

You has to connect your CMS database to query the instances.

I hope this put you into the good direction.

Thanks,

János

If you have auditing turned on, you can also get this information from the Audit database.  By doing it this way, you can actually write reports on the information and schedule them.  If you use QueryBuilder, you can't do this.
