Auto update of info type 0017 Travel privileges in HR master data

Hi All,

We have a requirement that the Employee Travel privileges IT 0017 to be updated automatically based on the employee sub group.

Say if employee gets a promotion and move to a new group the IT 0017 to be updated based on his new employee sub group.

Please let us know how we can achieve this.

Hi Ajay,

if you need this totally automated you need to set up report running at night checking the hr master data and than updating IT0017.

I would prefer (common HR best practice) to include the IT0017 into the personal actions.

Best is to ask this in the group for HR master data.

Hi AJ,

I am guessing that someone will manually update the organisation change (in IT0001) for the employee via tcode PA40? if this is the case you can use dynamic action to create and save IT0017 automatically based on the value maintained in employee sub group field.
