Could you please let us know if the action on complete is set to Archive, is it possible to retrieve the workflow when required.

Hi Joy,
Once a job is archived, you can go to archive Status tab and see the workflows there. Here on right clicking on workflow jobs you can either delete your workflow job or see workflow history.
