LDAP users not Fetched in SAP GRC 10.1

Hi Experts,

I have followed all the configuration steps for LDAP mapping but the users are not fetched in the Access request form.

I followed the steps mentioned in the SAP Note 1978357 and by executing  LDAP_SYSTEMBIND the return code is zero and for  LDAP_COMMONBIND the return code is 49.

Upon searching the return code 49 the details i got are given below

LDAPRC 49 (credentials are invalid)

The transmitted logon dates are not correct(incorrect password).

Please help in solving this issue

check the below SAP note for  error "LDAPRC 49 (credentials are invalid)"

I have implemented the note 2158953 but still the return code is turning out to be 49.

Your suggestion is appreciated.
