Free Goods Re-Determination in Delivery with Batch Mgmt Issue

Hi

We have activated Free Goods and Automatic Batch Determination.

Free Goods : 11+1 

Suppose If Customer ordered 1200 Qty then he will get 100 free goods and system automatically determine Free goods 1100 ( Main Item ) +100 ( free Good Item) in Sale order Level.

Now coming to Delivery , While creating the Delivery Document with Reference to Sale Order system copies entire Sale Order Qty with Free Good Item.

Now I have the stock of 996, When I change  the Qty Manually system is not redetermine the Free Goods Qty ( How system is determining the Free Goods in Sale order Same way we required in Delivery Level).

Is there any solution to solve the above mentioned issue?

Dear Prasanna,

When you are maintaining the condition record for the free goods in VBN1,use the delivery Control Field.

In this select 'E' ( as a proportionate quantity of the delivered quantity in relation to the required quantity in the main item)

We have checked all the Delivery control option in VBN1 but system is not re-determine the Free Goods in Delivery level.
