Short leave deduction from Casual leave quota

Hi All

I would like to duduct short leave from casual leave quota 1 short leave =0.25 day i mean to say 4short leave =1 day of casual leave .

How to configure this ?

Hi Shai,

Are you using +ve time evaluation?

Or you are using negative time management and created short leave absence type and would like to deduct quota from Casual leave quota type.

Or once 4 short leaves count then only 1leave quota should be deducted from Casual Quota type.

Please clarify in details.

How you record short leave in system ?

Do you have +ve time ?

Hi,

You van this with using Deduction rule and Counting rule.

First you have to configure counting rule with Quota multiplier "25%" in table "T556C" and after that you need configure Deduction rule in table "V_556R_B" in this table you have to assign that particular absence quota type from which absence quota you want deduct and this duduction rule can be assign in counting rule table.
