SAP printing issue

Hi,

The user faces issue in printing the logo in printer.  Everything is ok in printing except logo in black box. He is able to print well with other printers.

The user is defined with the LOCL output device. So he can print with default printer setting in his host.

Is that I can create the new output device with this device type of the printer. I can see there is no output device set up for this printer?

Can you please suggest on this.

What is the printer name ?

Is this printer model supported by SAP ?

Have you installed the device types and drivers for this printer ?

means for this particular form and computer, only 1 out of several printer devices has problem with logo? Then try update that printer driver.
