UD F4 box - multiple entries for same UD code

Gurus,

To my inspection type I have assigned one specific UD selected set (UDZ2). Now when I go to the UD screen and select F4 I get multiple entries for same UD code like this:

Has anybody faced this problem? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Have you ticked on selected set in the same plant check box in the customization? Check with below path.

QCC0 > Quality Inspection > Inspection lot creation > Maintain Inspection Types > Double click on appropriate inspection type - Here tick on selected set in the same plant check box and assign the selected set just above to it.
