line item status completed issue in sales order

Hi All,

we have incorporated a user exit at sales order level, whenever there is a change in the price at item level the sales order will go to block and a reason for rejection is applied.

Now the issue is  after removing the reason of rejection, still the line item status is shown as completed, whereas there is no delivery happened to the  line item. ideally after removing the reason of rejection the line item status should be open.

please suggest how to address this issue

Hello,

I guess you are using Include of MV45AFZZ.If you can provide more detail of the User exit & Logic then it will help . It looks like a bug in user exit coding.

Workaound:

You can reset the status via Standard SAP Report SDVBUK00.

Please check & revert.
