In Access Control 10.0 I am setting up the workflow for the review of Firefighter logs using the SAP provided templates. I am having trouble though with the process for "Additional Information" The selection on the controllers screen works and an item is sent to the Firefighters Work Inbox. However, there is no button for the Firefighter to either Return his response or save his response; only a "Close" and "Print". Is this button established in the program or function or is it configured in the Workflow screens and where? Any help would be appreciated.
