Summary Type - Marketing Documents

Hello Experts,

In SAP B1 there is an option in marketing documents called "Summary Type" now when this option is selected to summarize By Items, how would I be able to do this in Crystal Reports?

My current layout I am using for A/R Invoices will ignore the feature and am struggling on how to integrate it and summarize details rows by items. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps inserting a CrossTab is the answer to your question.

If you provide more concrete detail, it would be easier to address your question.

Thank you for the response Ido, Cross Tab seems like the right idea but I can seem to insert it into a detailed section.

I'll try to explain in detail what I am trying to accomplish:

Original Invoice Layout:

Item Code | Description | Qty |  Price |      Extended

     100               a            5       $10.00     $50.00

     100               a            4       $10.00     $40.00

     100               a            3       $10.00     $30.00

Summarized Layout:

Item Code | Description | Qty | Price |      Extended

     100               a            12     $10.00      $1,200.00

The Original Invoice Layout works perfectly fine but sometimes our users will select to summarize the lines, and the print layout would reflect based on this condition.
