In SAP ECC can any one help me where the reason & detailed reason of separation of employee is stored. Are there some specific infotypes where this data is stored.
T530 and T530T these 2 tables store actions and action reason text from configuration perspective. If you are looking something at infotype level IT0000 stores the actions and reason codes.
Separation action and action reason should be stored in IT0000. You can also check IT0102 to see if any additional information might be saved there as well. Hope this helps!
