does anybody know the SAP MarketPlace path to the documentation files of the CRM service manager?

The are on the SAP Marketplace (https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/instguides)

Look under SAP Mobile | SAP CRM Service Manager | SAP CRM Service Manager 4.2 and scroll down to find the pdf links.
