Using a query you can easily get a list of the deliveries that do have a proforma but not the other way around. You could, hypothetically, add some ABAP code to the infoset to check if proforma exists, but depending on your data volume it could have a rather bad performance, so I would recommend a custom ABAP report instead where this could be programmed better.
Since proformas don't update statuses, there is no quick check for this, unfortunately.
