Controlling material issues against production order

Hi Gurus,

How can we restrict material issue against the production order in kits.

Example

FG - require below items with per BOM qty.

Rm1 - 2Qty

Rm2 - 1Qty

Rm3 - 3Qty

When material is being issued to shopfloor it must be issued in the multiples of per BOM qty so that production can produce the FG.

Hi Shamprasad,

You can create a phantom assembly with combination of these components so that they are always in proportion to the BOM quantity.

Hello,

You can use MF60 you can create stock transfer reservation and based on that the actual 311 movement posting can be done against the reservation in through MIGO or MB1B.
