Supply Planning option not showing up in excel

Hi,

In my planning area I had included SCM as a planning operator and had activated the planning area successfully, but I am still not getting the option for Supply Planning in the advanced section of my IBP ribbon in Excel.

Can you confirm whether the planning area is "supply planning enabled" ?

Yes, the PA is Supply Planning enabled

Hi Saabitri,

Please check if you have any planning unit assigned to your location product master data. If yes, assign that planning unit to your role and then check.

From the Web UI navigate to User Management -> filter by your user -> check the role that is assigned to you. Then you would need to check into the Roles section if the role that is assigned to you contains also the permission for Supply Planning.

Yes, all the required authorizations are in place and for the PA, I am having Supply Planning authorization.
