Hi,

It's a strange question. I could not see any relevance with CVC and sales item.
Please clarify what you meant by "Sales Item"? Is it a characteristic? sales order item? or time series data?
By saying planning book, do you mean SNP planning book or DP planning book?

Surya,

I need more details, where do you get this error? What exactly are you doing when you encountered this issue?

Is this related to above topic, if no close this thread and open another (don't mix issues). Please follow accordingly (check below link)

Hi Suryam

There are various ways:

  • IF you don't want to delete the data for this combination you can define selection profile accordingly by excluding the same CVC. This could be done in MC77 and assign this to user.
  • If you want to delete then of course you can do with MC62 but in this case data would be lost. So will recommend you to take backup in BW for reporting and all for future references.
  • If you want to delete but want to switch the data to some other CVC then you can do realignment for the same. This will copy and the data from this combination to other combination (you can add or overwrite).

I hope it's clear for yourself.

Rahul
