PRT Preview Print from Service Order

Hi Experts,

Please let me know If this area is not the correct one for my Question.

My problem is : I want to take PRT Preview print out from service order (IW32) similar as PRT preview from production order.

I did not find any standard shop floor paper for PRT Preview in service order config. I tried to configure one exactly similar as Production order PRT Preview but ended up with short dump or no message. I know program will be different from production order.

I searched forums for PRT preview set up for service order. But I could not get anything. If I get at least program for this shop paper, then I can ask developer to develop form. Please help.

Hi Sathish,

What is the PRT you are using ?

I dont think you have separate shop paper for PRT, check for Job ticket 2030, should include the PRT automatically.

I am using document as PRT. I have seen separate shop paper for PRT Preview in Production order. so just trying to get the similar from service order also.

Hi Sathish,

I dont think you have separate for PRT in order. Your PRT documents will be printed along with your work order.
