mail partner activation

hai all,

i hace a scenario that my client wants ouput in mail, i checked the all settimgs but its not coming.any one tell me the settings what i have to do in IMG.

plz its urgent...............

HI Sathishnkam,

In Config for Output Types (V/40) use medium of Transmission as 7 (simple Mail).

In case you want to know Output determination procedure, follow below steps:

1. Create condition table & assign fields

2. Create Access seq and assign tables

3. Create Output types

- assign medium + program + Form routine + form

- assign medium + Partner function

4. Maintain output determination procedure and assign output types and Requirement

5. Maintian output Procedures + sale document types + default output type

6. Create condition records for output types with details of Printer

You need to configure SAPConnect for this, which will be done by the BASIS guys. After this is set up then you can have the ouput type as suggested by Srini. Please check whether SAPConnect is configured or not.
