Please check below senario and suggest ,
All employees are entitled for 7 days of SL for full calendar year. Sick leave will be given start
of the year or employee joining on pro rata basis.
Employees will be entitled to unlimited accumulation of Sl’s.
.Quota of SL to be calculated on prorated basis for new joinees.
The logic = (the standard annual quota / 12 months) * no. of months from DOJ.
(IF DOJ between 1-15 days of month then count full month or else exclude the month of joining)
(Round off decimal value for .5 and above as 1 day)

As far as i know, we can write a rule with the help of operations CURMO, CURDY and YSAA** to handle the above scenario.
