Need your help on retrieving the list of PO's and SC in error status.Is there any log to check this.

There is no straight answer. There can be local as well as backend errors. e.g. status I1111 - transfer in process (Of course depends on your scenario ECS or CS).
The error can happen at any point:
1) SC is in error e.g. faulty data
2) Local PO has not been created
3) Local PO can not be replicated to backend
You would need to check all error scenarios and would need to find the link between SC/PO data and error status.
You would know that SC/PO header/ item data is in crmd_orderadm_h, crmd_orderadm_I tables which will have GUID link with statuses with the tables like BBP_PDBEH, BBP_PDBEI and failed documents get into BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.
