Fiori approve Request system error contact administator

Hi,

I am new to fiori.

developed approve request app by following 6 steps referred in sdn.

currently facing issue "System Error .for more Information,check details or contact system administator".

and when tried to save entries(task id and system alias) in scenario definition in SPRO getting short dump function module 'SAP_WAPI_GET_TASK_DESCRIPTION' does not exits of class /IWPGW/CL_TGW_CFG_FACADE_BWF'

WE DONT FIND ANY SOLUTION PLS HELP..........

Hi,

While saving entry in Scenario definition different dumb pls find screen shot....

pls help

Hi Suriya,

Please use the My Inbox app which is successor of Approve Requests.

Make sure you have have the latest support package and apply the mandatory notes.

You do not need to waste your time/our time for troubleshooting issues which have been fixed.

thank you so much masa now atleast i can view my inbox in app but i cant restrict other task items.....i think cause of this problem may be i failed to enter scenario definition where we enter task id and system alias but i cant enter data ther getting short dump which i have posted earlier

hi,

Now my inbox app displaying all messages available in my sap inbox but i want to display only specific task id ......

so i tried to maintain value for  task id and system alias in scenario definition 

but it throwing above dumb and fount some solution in

after following that , still facing same dump

Hi Suriya,

I guess you use old support packages.

Please check the support package level for IW_PGW in the frontend server and IW_BEP or SAP_GWFND in the backend server.
