Static Credit Check Pop up With Value

Hi Guru's,

I have an question on Credit check POP UP as we have a POP up coming up for static check where as the reaction in OVA8 is Blank but i still see the pop up while creating the sales order, But My client requirement is to have a POP up when the reaction is A But it should not show the Credit limit value in the POP.

Since Sales people should not know the credit limit of the customer and the Value exceeded, i have kept the reaction Blank and i have tried with Reaction A but still i see the pop up with the Value.

Is there anything which iam missing as i would need the POP When i Set to A but i do not want the Value to be appeared in the POP.

Please share your thoughts ASAP

Hello Pawan,

Please goto OVA8 config and based on your CCA+RK+ CG(Documnet type) go to static check and select option A in Reaction field and Tick mark the Status/Block Field.

It should only give you a pop up saying 'Credit limit Exceeded' while creating order.

Please check and revert.

Don't quite understand your description.

You need pop-up message, but don't need the value to be shown? rght?

If so, I think reaction A is perfect for you.

reaction blank = no pop-up

reaction A = pop-up without value

reaction C = pop-up with the value by which the credit limit is execeeded.

How is your customizing like at the moment? And how is the system behaving with this customizing?
