Message interface is not used by this process

Hi,

My scenario is IDoc to FILE using BPM. This interface is working fine since last 1 year in production. Now we are getting the below error. The messages are not able to reach the BPM.

When I do repeat activation by selecting the integration process and then Deployment(Import process definition) in SXI_CACHE, all the messages are processing successfully by doing restart in MONI. but when the new messages comes from source again getting the same error as below.

Can any one suggest what is the issue? I have deleted the configuration and recreated but no luck.
