AAE Archiving in SAP PI 7.4

Hello!

A have a problem. If I use Write in Java Archiving Cockpit with Archive set xi_af_msg, I receive following message:

Starting archiving sessions for archiving set "xi_af_msg" is not supported

Can anybody help? How can I enable archiving sessions for archiving set?

This is old as hell but anyways: For PI AEX archiving you need to start archiving using readily available background jobs (Quick Link = /nwa/pi-bcgnd-proc). See also "Background Job Types"
