How to create a cleansing package on Information Steward 4.1?

Hi,

I want to create a cleansing package which will check a field. If this field is null, the cleansing package transform will replace null value with a default value. Please tell me if it is possible for Information Steward to do this task. And if possible, tell me how to do.

With SAP Information Steward you validate data. If you want to modify data, you'll have to use SAP Data Services. I

n DS, this is a very straightforward mapping: nvl(SRC_FIELD, $Default_Value).
