Http Get possible via REST Adapter?

Hi All,

I have a scenario in.which I have to get status of airwaybill numbers from the logistics URL using Http GET protocol. My Http_aae adapter is giving me exception for which I have raised OSS with Sap.

Is it possible for me to configure the same using REST Adapter? I have tested the same using soap ui and it gives me the response. Kindly help
