How to deactivate/disable (Project) activate button in Appropriation Request

Client do not want to create project definition from Appropriation Request. and want to disable the Project button from measure/asset tab page.

how can we disable or deactivate this button.

Hi,

You can achieve this by Transaction and Screen variant.

Please follow the document attached which will guide to create a screen variant for this and can be enabled for standard transaction or for set of specific users (User specific screen variants.

Hello Saqib,

Please have a look in the IMG for Investment Management > Appropriation Requests > Master Data > Control Data.

You can exclude the whole tab second option: Specify tab layout...

You can also explore individual fields options with Define screen layout...

Hi Saqib,

Thats the standard layout, i doubt you cannot change it.

This particularly comes when you activate the WBS Element (Allowed Measure) in Appr. Request type.

If you dont want the screen, then it is simple to remove in OITO, or you need to do enhancement for the same screen S0017
