Hello Experts,
We have created some controls in Process Controls and using in different cases. Now client requirement is
not to use those controls. We can delete them directly from the system but how to handle the case types(Cases).
Do we have any option to restrict or deletion.once deleted again we need to create new controls and use the case types.
Inputs required.
Thanks

No,
You cannot inactivate cases for controls in Process Controls, but you can delete the relevant cases of controls
follow me
Goto SPRO
GRC Process Control
Administration Programs
Execute Admin programs for workflows
Then select Delete Cases and Workflows
Provide your Control id in External field
Now you can delete the required cases for your controls, you can also delete all
My suggestion is don't delete control first, delete the relevant cases and then go for control deletion.
Have a good day
