SUM Java stack error : iiopServicePorts while migrating to Solution Manager 7.1

Hello,

We are running a SUM update on our Solution Manager and Java stack is failing with this error : while trying to load from index 2 of an object array with length 2, loaded from local variable 'iiopServicePorts'.

Logs attached.

Does some have an idea to solve this error?

Hi Benoit,

Have you maintained the parameter j2ee/instance_id in the instance profile?

Also do check the port number 59007 in the access point of MMC.

Can i have some more logs ?

Seems that your "iiop Service Ports" have some typo issue.

Can you cross check that same in configtool and profiles ?

Also, can you share some more logs, if you have ?

You can try below two option.

SAP note:-1161052

or try change paramter j2ee/instance_id in instance profile.
