Cancel UD Error

Dear Gurus,

I have problem when execution QA12 for cancel/refersal UD 342 to 341.

Fyi,

I use Enhancement : QEVA0008 Exit : EXIT_SAPMQEVA_008 Transaction code : QA12

Herewith I send the screen.

Hi

To check with business & implement this Note 175842 to reverse the UD,

UD cancel is not possible.(stock relevant inspection types)

You are trying to reverse blocked stock posting from UD, System does not find movement type entry

in control table

There are two ways to work on this

1) Create Entry in Table T-156N for Movement and Posting type and download SAP note 175842

which is basically a correction program RQEVAC50

2) In material master you should remove the tick from QM,inspection data in the QM view.

  In order to do this, you have to DEACTIVATE inspection type,from the inspection data.

  You need to have zero stock in Quality inspection to do this.

  Then use movement 343/349, transaction MB1B to post the stock back to unrestricted / QI

  Do not forget to put back the QM inspection data after you,finished what you are doing.
