Take a 'Retired' Exam

Hi to all

I want to take a certification exam, but recently I saw that the status of the exam is "Retired" and is "Listed until Dec 31st 2015".

With this status, I have the following questions:

- What happen if this year (before Dec 31st 2015), I decide to take this exam? Is allowed?

- What happen after Dec 31st 2015, I know there is not another exam about the same topic.

- Take the exam under this described status gives me value?

Thanks

Dario R.

Hi Dario

There are no issues as long as the exam exists and you are able to take up the exam. There is no end date / validity for SAP Certification. Even if it is "retired", your S ID is valid throughout your life. Nobody can deny that you have passed the SAP Certification. If there are vast changes in that course in syllabus, it is always advised to take up the delta course, which only tests the new changes.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards,

Ravi
