Firefighter ID. No records found for the search criteria entered

Hello colleagues,

I'm looking for some who can help with my issue (EAM configuration). I've done post installation configuration

Created connector in SM59 - QAS400

Assigned it to SUPMG scenario (and also to PROV, ROLMG, AUTH)

Set parameters:

Emergency Access Management    4000    1

Emergency Access Management    4001    30

Emergency Access Management    4002    YES

Emergency Access Management    4003    YES

Emergency Access Management    4004    YES

Emergency Access Management    4005    YES

Emergency Access Management    4006    YES

Emergency Access Management    4007    YES

Emergency Access Management    4008    YES

Emergency Access Management    4009    YES

Emergency Access Management    4010    ZSAP_GRAC_SPM_FFID

Assigned ZSAP_GRAC_SPM_FFID to user HOTLINE in QAS400 system.

Synchronized ZSAP_GRAC_SPM_FFID with GRC box (now I can see the role in BRM).

Made full repository synchronization with QAS400 -> See ZSAP_GRAC_SPM_FFID in table

I haven't configured Maintain Plug-In Configuration Settings in the plug-in System because I don't use Risk Terminator or HR triggers.

I closed and opened my session and browser to fulfil the requirement from note 1668255

All in all, when I try to assign Firefighter ID I get:

To find out where the problem is I used the following notes:

1981412

1799596

1668255

Hi Artem,

You first need to assign Access Control Owners, Firefighter Owner, and Firefighter Controller (within the SETUP tab of NWBC).  The list of available Firefighter IDs will be blank until these requirements are met for the particular Firefighter ID.

Let me know if you have already performed theses steps and the issue is still present.
