Item Description is not displayed

Dear All.

i update the 8.82 pl09 to PL19 and a strange behaviour appeared

when i try to add in a PO an item that haw treetype 'P', the item's desciprion is not displayed in PO and in PL09 it worked perfect

do you have any idea?

Hi Vasileios,

Recently many of clients are come up with the same sort of issue which is possibly bug of SAP.

One thing, we monitored that if warehouse code selected in PO is not set as default warehouse in item master, this error is coming.

At the the same time, this issue is difficult to replicate (or not happening in all time).

This may related to UoM also.

Please lock call with SAP.

This happens when there is no record for that item in OITT Item Tree table. Insert record in OITT table & item description will start appearing in PO, invoice documents...
