Hi,
we are integrating SAP with Ariba through PI(7.1). connection to Ariba network not established, error coming Ariba adapter receiver communication channel as "Error occurred while establishing connection to Ariba Network".
Ariba network URL added in Firewall, still connectivity failed.
Please suggest if anything missing in adapter configuration. Thanks in advance.

Hi Rathnakar,
I hope the Ariba Network’s Certificate Authorities certificates are stored in the
SAP NetWeaver PI Keystore. Because The cXML Adapter uses the certificates stored in the SAP NetWeaver PI Kesytore to connect to Ariba Network.
Thanks,

Hi Akhila,
we received below is error log after executing scenario.
"Error occurred when loading keystore from netweaver keystorage - Ariba .This can be because the view does not exist."
it looks we need to create keystore in NW and maintain the same in trust store view in receiver communication channel.
please guide how to create key store in NW.

Hi,
I have changed mapping accordingly to add request tag in Cxml. now the error coming as below.
Error: "An error occurred when sending the document to Ariba Network Error: [[Code]: ERR501 [Description]: Unexpected Error [Message]: The url for the outbound is null with request type: PurchaseRequisitionRequest Transactions URLs might not downloaded for the ProfileRequest] causes a XIAdapterException and can be retried"
Please suggest how to resolve this.

Rathnakar
Hi Rathnakar,
Can you check with the basis team to telent to the ariba server from PI.
From this, we can come to know if there is any issue in network end.
Regards
Vishnu
