Error in SAP Netweaver gateway

Dear Experts,

I am using demo sap system and I Created one SAP Netweaver gateway project and created the service maintenance as GW_HUB

My configuration

Manage SAP System Aliases

SAP System Alias: LOCAL

Description:  Local Gateway

Local Gw: X

For Local App: X

RFC Destination:  NONE

Software Version:  Default

System ID: EH7

Client: 800

Gateway setting : (SAP NetWeaver Gateway Settings)

Destination system: GW_HUB

Client : 800

System Alias:  EH7

RFC Destination:  NONE

But I am getting below error () attached file

please help me on this..

Hi Venu,

This is related to Single Sign-on settings which gateway client uses.

Please check this reply and thread . Ask your basis team for this.

this is my personal demo system.. I don't know any basis guys please help in this.. how to solve it..

Disclaimer - I am not a basis guy

Go to RZ10 transaction -> choose the profile from F4 help (in my case 'DEFAULT') -> select 'Extended Maintenance' radio button -> change -> it will show you a list of profile parameters, select 'login/create_sso2_ticket' and change the value in next column from 3 to 2 -> save it -> Restart the SAP Instance from SAP MMC.

sorry for the late reply..

in my system there is no 'login/create_sso2_ticket' parameter in rz10 so I created this parameter and assigned the value is 2 but I am getting same error..

problem is not solved..

I assume that you added that parameter in DEFAULT profile.

Have you restarted the SERVER after saving the changes?

yes I added the parameter in DEFAULT profile and restarted the server also..
