Hi guys,
I have an issue related with approval and rejection in UWL portal after upgradation from NW 7.3 to NW 7.4, barely the button approve and reject don't appear when the manager wants to do these
. At this moment I'm using SRM 7.0 and Portal 7.4. I have done some configuration according other previous threads such as :
1. Check note 2047102 - 'JavaScript error on opening a new window from iView, which was opened in a separate window' and apply the patch including fix.
2. Download the configuration file (in ZIP format). Go to:
System Administration > System Configuration > Universal Worklist & Workflow > Universal Worklist Administration
Click to "Administrate Item Types and View definition".
Then download file 'com.sap.pct.srm.core'.
Navigate to each WI you would like to change:
- <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.srm.TS40007952"... (SC Completion)
- <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.srm.TS40007953"... (SC Approval)
- <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.srm.TS40007954"... (SC Approval)
Anyone has an idea and suggestion to do this ?

If you haven't already looked into it could you please view note 1404560 - Approve and Reject buttons missing in UWL? Hopefully this is a solution to your problem.
