system availability check pass for NW AS ABAP/JAVA

Hi,

Does anyone have a system availability pass for a NetWeaver AS ABAP or Java that they mind sharing with the community?

My objective is to add a step in the beginning of a From-Pass where I check if the system is indeed available. Sort of a login check I guess. I'd like to abort the pass if that login fails. This avoids a lot of superfluous error messages in a job that would otherwise proceed but of course fail.

Hello Ronald,
                     the Rapid Deployment Solution has such a pass that checks logon before running the initial load therefore import this framework in your internal system to get the example.
